Hello guys, please see the following scenario in SSC selection posts 6 recruitment process & decide yourself for promotion of my previous listed posts & message No of posts = 1136 Candidates appeared 1.10 lakhs Average no. Of candidates to be called fr document verification by SSC regional offices = 1136 × 15 = 17040 ( because 1:10 for more than 5 vacancies & 1:20 for upto 5 vacancies) Now see the following 1. Some let's say 200 bright & highly eligible candidates applied for (grad, 10+2 & 10) & gets selected for all in 200×3 =600 posts. Then some 400 posts will be vaccated. 2. Some let's say 200 (permanent (50) & contractual (150)) have jobs Permanent prefer their state or regions Contractual may go anywhere & join. Then some 30-40 posts will be vaccated. 3. Some bright students let's say (700-800) will get selected in other upcoming results such as banks, insurance corp.(lic, uiic, nic, some mini Ratna, PSUs & teachings) & will join soon in their state or regions. 700-800 posts will be vaccated. 4. Some unfortunate (300) although wishing well for all (but be practical) gets out in document verification. Due to insufficient experience (200) Due to other factors age relxns, ex service, & certificate (50-100) 300 posts will be vaccated. Now guys total 1500 posts will be vaccated by highly eligible upper Average class people Now consider following things Too many (5000-10000) above average class students but not so creamy bright & from rich families having experience (working in contrct hardships jobs) & not filling High costs application forms of Banks, Lic, High cost PSUs & may be passing their upper age limits but doing jobs for survival for their families have to be given chances to have atleast reach these group b & c level posts. This above request can only be given on promotion of good ideas & various suggestions to SSC as soon as possible. Please remember & consider the same new kind of suggestion(& provision) vide Dopt articles for sharing govt jobs marks were made similarly on several suggestions by students & consequently enacted by nearly all govt exams.
