will those posts remain vaccant or candidates lower in the merit list fill those posts
.... any idea what was the procedure adopted in phase V or phase IV ??

If we assume average salary of all the aspirants of CGL 17 to be 45000 and say 10,000 vacancies are there and about 13 months have passed since tier 2 happened. The amount government has not paid as salaries (which it should have) is =45000*10000*13 =585 crore . This amount has been saved from being paid as salaries and instead of adding to GDP of the nation it is helping BJP to run advertisements on television. Is this the real spirit of so called nationalism that BJP talks about? I really doubt it now. Well, just thinking wise before elections.
