Anyone can help me..... For post code NR 16920&NR16120...vacancies are given in advt for Ur as 8 and 3...for office superintendent and si finger print...but when I submit for preview it showing vacancies are only for ews ....wat the hell it is..any one guess...wat the matter is

I got selected in a Phase 6 post. All the pre-joining processes are over and I am supposed to receive the joining letter from the govt. department in the next week. Can I reject their job offer by writing a rejection letter against their job offer letter? If anyone else has done it, please let me know.
