Candidates who have go through DV process, please help. If a candidate is serving as a state govt employee, he/she need NOC at the time of DV or not? Any candidate who had such a situation or have any info about it.

Reservation is INFECTIOUS : if you are a reserve category candidate ( sc st obc ) then following things will firstly make you an UNreserved candidate then even if you do not qualify then you can be adjusted to reserve seats ..................things are namingly 1. departmental candidate even if working on category post 2. exservicemen 3. j k resident 4. physically disabled 5. divorced/ just separated woman ( not legally divorced but living separately )
