There are queries whether B.tech or with outexperience will be allowed or not. I have called them and it was told that what is mentioned as qualification and experience wherever it is mentioned, must be needed. For SSC Selection post
Training period is not considered as an experience. Though you top the exams you will not be selected. Its not only for JE, holds strong for any other selection posts where experience is mandatory and NOC has to be bought at the verification time.
