as for the tea wallas... at least they are doing something worth while and not indulging in a ' wordy' baseless match with issues they have no concern with...

as far as opinions being shared on this thread is concerned, i think javed 2 had a tapmi cal just like me, but then v finally backed out..:huh:

congrats for converting tapmi. its a great institute. when i last inquired it was in the top 25 b-schools in india ( i had to leave ISB out of the competition).
one of m y seniors has completed his studies from this institute and is right now self employed...he is really satisfied....

a pretty much biased opinion dude.well can i know ur good name please,as a matter of sheer coincidence even i hail from baroda n mind well ive not come across any CHAI WALLAHS or for that matter even some of the assumed superly intelligent people coming close to a tapmi conversion.And for ur information(which seems outdated )tapmi features among the top 15 b-schools in india,which i think is not a very easy task to achieve .

i hv a better option fr ya. why don't u open up another management institute say baroda institute of management, n take over as its dean. u can hv all ur chai wallas as the faculty members. if u don't find any students, u can hv members of ur family n whole "khandan" as the students. n i believe ur dad can provide u with the necessary funds.

What we should do is not to question his senses but ask him to prove his claim. ( As u hearing Mr.)
this is for the gentleman who triggered the issue ....
If u have anything to share which is worth considering -- which would make us to allign our expectations in a much better way ---- then and only then post ur views. Dont post open ended imaginations without corroborating them with facts and figures.
Agreed that TAPMI is not the best institute of India. But it is a very decent institute which would ensure a strong foundation for any student. In short it would give us wings to fly.
Anybody having better idea may try to put his/her rational thoughts on this.
why even spend time and resources putting things into his mind

and taking MICA finally ...however thats bcaus of my interest
TAPMI is an excellent institute
and everyone knows it

i even wish we could meet once.....it would be such a rocking meeting......
and man, i think the education standard in baroda must be high, coz even tea stall walahs are tapmi passouts.....well, they must have found something good coz u dont seem to have any problems with it...

Hey people don't fret over DRMJ's compulsive impulses........I too am from Baroda, and the TAPMI guy he mentioned runs a very successful IMS centre here apart from a family business(talk about self employed man!!)
There are No chaiwallahs in baroda with so esteemed a degree.
As a guy who had got a final call from TAPMI, i myself am sure its really a good institute friends.....Jay(bassthebest) and Sazeal(da_incorrigible), my good friends, are gonna be with you, and I think THEY will project what Baroda is all about.And bassthebest, DRMJ is none other than Dr.Javed Sipai from our own PTbatch.He's finally going to XIMB.
Anyway, this guy has been spamming all the threads, including my SIBM thread too.....So I didnt want you guys to waste so much bandwidth over this petty issue.
