TCS Recruitment : Jobs, Salary, Interview Questions

Hi,

I am being offered 11 LPA and ASC (Assistant System Consultant) as designation from TCS. I currently have 6.8 years of exp.

Does this sound like a good deal ?

Thanks

Hi,
i just have a general query regarding TCS....can any one of you please give some detail regarding the present salary that TCS is offering to a 4 years experience guy are ... please regard this as very important as a friend of mine getting a profile with 4 years of work ex in IT is negotitating with TCS for a better salary....plz do co-operate
Thnx.....

I have 2 years of work exp. with WIPRO (Including 1 yr. each at WIPRO BPO and WIPRO Tech.) After that i pursed an MBA degree in Biotech. Management from Amity University, Noida.

I got a call for the final round of interview from TCS BPO for the job profile of a team member. The profile is of Pharmacovigillance which matches with my educational qualification.

How much salary should i expect from TCS if the work location is in Mumbai. I used to get around 14 K per month in hand in WIPRO at Kolkata. How much should i negotiate ?

Please help me out. Will appreciate your reply ASAP.
Cheers !!

Hi,

I recently attended and cleared a walk-in interview held by TCS. I cleared 2 rounds - a tech round and a management round. The HR said she would contact me for further processing (I had already filled out the application online).

Now, I have 3.5 years of exp, in MNC's. What designation and package should I ask for? And how long does the processing take? I have heard the lateral hiring process is quite slow

Thanks

I believe you could get 20000pm or 2.5 lac per annum.

first of all,Congratulationssss!!!!!!!
Believe me, the training period of 2 months is going to be one of the best times of your life.We had our training in Trivandrum( an amazing place;it was then that I really got to know why Kerala is called "God's own Country"). The training was not much different than an awesome college life. but ya , ob. a lot of learnings.
The only drawback I realized was that we were not allowed to choose the technology that we wished to work with.
overall its gr8 fun, especially the weekend trips to ossum places nearby
Do let me know if u interested in some specific details.
Cheers!!

Hil everyone,

I have recently got a job in TCS Gurgaon. I have been offered a position of ASE at an experience of 3.5 years and after negotiating from 6 LPA they are ready to pay me 5.13 LPA. Can anyone please tell me whether its a correct offer at this experience level or not ?

For a period of 1 year following the joining,we were on a probation period and got around 18K pm.But after the confirmation with a CTC of 3.74, we got around 26K pm in hand.So I guess now u can get a rough idea of how much you'll get in hand. 😃
