ek choti si baat hai.. for an interviewer a person with less than a year of work ex is a fresher- case in point - my interviews last year.. i had joined in july 2011 and had my interview in april 2012. they were least interested in my job...coz a year is too small a time frame to understand the industry. so when you are afraid of being grilled in PI, i feel you have a super weapon- the absence of a job which you are completely new to and a valid reason for it.. a slump in the job market.. here you have the opportunity to take the interview in the direction you want to take it to rather than talk vaguely abt some job that you dont love doing..

as far as not cracking interviews is concerned, i would suggest dialing it down a bit. don't come off as a really confident overachiever who just needs the job for a few months. coz recruiters get that vibe and are instantly hesitant.. they prefer a not so great candidate who will stick with the company rather than a smooth candidate who just might quit as soon as he has another offer..

Yeh try karlo Abhishek bhai.Panga yeh hai ki I dont remember from where I had downloaded it, random google search kar ke sabhi sites mein check kar raha tha.Agar yeh bhi nahi chalta toh, @bemad bhai aapke saath share kardenge UDT dropbox folder, unhi ke paas hai permissions :)
