For the last inv aimcat i called my time center and asked for access code and they sent it and I gave the exam .Now for the next inv aimcat can i use the same code or get a new one?

Hello , I am using Jio connection for internet and when i openi open Time Website , it says that the connection is not secure/private and even if i open it on safe mode, i cant see any of the tests. Is it bcz of Jio connection or some other issue ?
