Re Exam is the only solution

The battle between re cv and re exam increases day by day. We people are not the judge to give a judgment in this case.what ever our mind thinks we just post here blindly. Mean while a group of fraud candidates enjoying this fight because they are going to escape from this scam. Unless we stop them from further recruitment process by filing a case against them, we can only participate in this recruitment process but we never win in this exam. The entire problem in this process is due fraud candidates but no body cares about him.Last but not least if re cv happens 196 will be surely eliminated. If re exam happens the fraud candidates will give second entry if you fail to ban them you will be the losers.

But, one should appereciate the confidence of people who filed the case again. That guts i like. appadiyae hope for recv nu ellam naa podala. apporom reexam confirmed sir nu evanaachum theya theya comment pannuvinga.
For those who are crying that OMR sheet have been tampered with and feel that getting 151 is a big task for this silly question paper! Here is the proof of 146! My own OMR response.
There is a proof for 196 fraud candidates. ( result and omr marks mismatch). If more than 196 , submit the proof. If proof is correct remove them from current cv list and update the cv list. Asking re exam for 196 peoples mistake is like killing himself for small disease without taking treatment. If CCB cannot segregate the list then let them accept the failure and hand over the case to CBI. Court and polices are there to give solution to people problems. Not to say we cant do this. If govt influence the court and try to release re exam notification ..then i will be the first person to file case and get stay for re exam. Let them arrest 196 and more ( if there are more people found fraud) and continue the process. What ever they do it will end with re cv only. Govt can do any thing with Madras high court but not with madurai hc.
There is no evidence, the exam has conucted without OMR Scam like this. So, We won't accept ReCV. If TRB release ReCV list, We will file case against OMR tampering in supreme court. Reexam is the proper & real sollution for this issue...

for those who are asking for re cv, it doesn't matter what do you care about, but what do you think the purpose of exam is ? the exam was held to select the talented candidates. last year when the exam was conducted i was not elligible to write the exam as i was doing my master's degree and also i was underage. since its already been one academic year, a lot of new candidates also have become elligible to take the exam. you have successfully wasted one year so let us have re exam with new candidates also taking part
If Govt have Guts to release those Fraud candidates' Name with photo , ReCV is acceptable..If it doesn't happen , then am the lead person who appeal on HC for ReExam...
while you argue about re-cv or re-exam. im going court with very sensible explanation about right to have equal oppurtunity in employment since the purpose of recruitment is to find the talented regardless of the sacrifices they made for their preparation. only last month i could fulfill the elligibility criteria, turned out you are still having trouble with recruitment so i will appeal for my fundamental right
