Any update on today hearing
In previous hearing of madurai HC these two SS Sundar and A M Basheer Ahamed are the judges.. they have not conclude anything yet..
On the appeal of cancellation of re exam, govt had gone for appeal in madurai HC. Madurai HC then formed a division bench first and they have the rights give a final judgement against govt appeal. madurai hc yet to give judgement.
Judges Ramesh & thandavani are judges dealing a recent case in chennai andn they transfer the case to chief justice indira banerjee.
For this appeal, who was the petitioner advocate? Anyone know the advocate name

தயவு செய்து RE-EXAM எதிர்பார்க்கும் நண்பர்களும் RE-CV எதிர்பார்க்கும் நண்பர்களும் இங்கு கருத்து மோதலிட வேண்டாம். “Losers are not always losers and Winners are not always winners”. This is right but not in this situation. Dear RE-EXAM supporters neither is a winner nor a loser here. We worked hard more than you. Thats it. And I request you not to hurt us by saying that we got by luck into CV-LIST and that being worked hard already its enough for us to just revise for RE-EXAM. Our hard work is not only the factor here but it includes many sacrifices. We lost many days and nights sleepless, our family, food, mental stress for being jobless many days. I dont want you to acknowlegde our efforts but my request is atleast dont hurt us.
Dear RE-CV supporters I also request you not hurt to RE-EXAM supporters. The only thing is they have not worked hard like us. Neither they are losers nor we are winners. Also keep in mind that there are many with mental stress and jobless among them. If we were among them we would also expect RE-EXAM and a chance in spite of this large scam.
Let court decide the next move. Either unfavored decision of the court should be accepted by respective group.
Pls RE-CV supporters continue sudying and RE-EXAM supporters put some more effort than before.

Madurai HC is great in any judgment ..they stand along the truth side..whether the opponent is state or central..they truely work for justice..
PG TRB also there is a scam.. A girl got selected in mathematics subject with 81 marks..but her actual omr mark is 45 only..

When will be the next hearing?? I think everyone is forgot about Trb polytechnic because of too delay
