Hi friends when the case will get over... when is next hearing... Any updates please share

1.Appeal case still not heared in Madras high court, sources said it will come only in September. 2.Minimum it will take 2 or 3 hearings, means September done. 3.if candidates wins for CV then CV candidates cannot force or pressurise trb or govt, it will take some time for revaluation or re-cv process. 4.if trb wins the appeal case then re-cv candidates will go for appeal in supreme court, appeal processing will take min 3 months, hearing will take 2 months, till then advocates will get status quo to be maintained, means no more notifications or no further processing until the judgement from supreme court. 5.If again re CV candidates loose the case in single judge bench of supreme court, some people with money still go for appeal in divisional bench, then the status quo process will proceed again, so as of now until the end of 2020, there is no hope for reexam notifications, don't waste Ur time here, the possibilities are either re-cv or no notifications till 2020. 6.Moreover in Chennai high court if the divisional bench judges differ from their opinion or judgement, then pray God it will take 2 or 3 more months for third judge to hear this case again, the same will follow in again in supreme court too, if the verdict differs then the case will be forwarded to chief justice, chief justice will go through the entire case history then allocate a third judge for this, chief justice will have tight schedules, I don't think it will come out easily from chief justice, delay is imminent. 7.Sweet or salt or bitter truth is there is higher possibility for re CV within this year, trb cannot release CV notifications until status quo cleared in the appeal cases chennail or Madurai or supreme court appeal, so don't dream for re exam for min 1.5 to 2 yrs, there is no chance for exam Wen the cases heared in courts. 8. People can ask is there is any chance for notifications after two years, my answer is a big no, reason is I don't think again this party will rule our state, trb may not oppose very hard in court, if there is new govt or governor rule. 9.Big cheers for re-cv candidates, justice may be delayed but not denied. 10.People hoping for re exam this is the reality, come out of this polytechnic job, as I said above it will take 2 more years, don't waste Ur money for preparation in coaching centres, in the coming 2 yrs u may get lots of opportunities in both central or state govt. 11.if still believing and waiting for trb notifications, then it may be harsh,then u r the foolish people's, never understands the reality of our judicial systems, if this truth hurts those hoping for reexam, throw this message to dust bin ------- regards kuppathotti
Guys.. for special teachers exam they did some protest so now the process has gone till CV. Similarly for TET also some improvement is there.. We people (polytechnic group) also should represent the issue to TRB and education minister then only we can get solution soon.

Before discussion, I'm going to consider you're neither favor of re-exam nor re-cv. My first question is 1. If govt/ ministry/ authorities found guilt of their misconduct of recruitment process, how does the court judgement gains trust of applicants in the future recruitments in the first place? Secondly, 2. What's the reason for govt/ Trb cancel the whole process and decided to conduct again and even notified in the annual exam planner 2018? Thirdly, 3. After the announcement of cancelling exam, How does the govt compensate those shortlisted clean candidates and especially missed candidates in the CV list against 1:2 ratio due to their internal corruption? Finally, I wonder how does the judgement goes on resolving these matters without offending any public opinion?
