Called trb today on no.04428269968.They are saying they didn't got judgement copy.When asked about final decision by trb,they told trb has no role,govt will decide what next.Only after getting judgement copy,govt will decide future things.... Really frustrating
How long does it take to receive judgement copy by trb?
In order, court directed to TRB directly. Not to GOV. So i think no need of permission from GOV to board. Nd board is independent org. Doesnt depend on gov . It has to take own decisions.
Whether election date announcement will cause delay??
Friends, we waited almost 1.5 years for re cv..that happened now..so its about 1.5 months only..even though trb is independent authority, there is minister incharge from govt for trb. So they wont do without doing discussion with govt peoples. Due to election tensions govt may not think about our case now. But re cv happen soon..so just be cool.
Is there any possibilities for increasing the vacancies of TRB polytechnic lecturer during CV, since they mentioned 1065 vacancies in annual planner 2018??

trb send letter to election commission to get permission for conducting cv according to code of conduct. if they allowed then aptmnt odr should be in apri 30. if not then after election. -trb chairman anyway cv is confirmed.
