actualy this is very early stage of appeal. after correction of defects then only case going to hounerable judges..but before clearing defects itself petition ll be rejected 90% in my point of view. and this not coming in our recv judgement. so dnt wry abt it..and madurai court send notice about our recv process are started or not like this.. but another point is ..reexam member(rajesh) approached indias highest paid lawyer..this is not possible to approach for normal people.. this is wat says purly gvmnt invoved in this matter..without gvmnt support he cant aproach that costly lawyer.and then whenever case filed without defect then nly case come in to picture...

a guy who does not deserve a job is ready to go delhi for appeal, But guys who live in chennai and well deserved for the job not approach the trb office or DOTE for these many days is shocking. if we stay calm, they can do anything. It's time to fight back. Plz take steps forward.. With humble request guys.
If challenging respondents is state of tn and not recv candidates then they can easily win the case Na.... That's the reason for making state of tn as respondant....
What's the reason for this delay in the reCV process. Are they waiting for people to file petition like this? Shall we keep calm till election? Is election the only reason behind this delay?

Based on the discussions happened till now,it clearly shows some high level and external and internal (even in trb),strange activities are going.
we may not be 100% true but false neither bcoz the situations seems so.
really frustrating these people,corrupting the education system,they have to be punished brutually.
I m sure mostly nothing happens until election and after that too.unless until we react, that eveyone here know.
see elections are on april 18,judgement came on march7th,if they want to do they can complete whole process,but they r intentionally delaying.kindly respond plss

Actually today i will share you few info which i gathered from my friend that,
1.Advocate Parthiban, Son in Law of Retrd Jud Mr.Nagamuthu Sir (Currently practising as an senior Advocate in Supreme Court), is practising in supreme court for 9 years approximately.
2.Seems that they have charged 15 Lakhs as their fee and Mr.P.Rajesh and Co has paid the amount it seems,
3.There are around 200 poly candidates in that case along with the petitioner similar to us.
4.Moreover the case is mainly against the RECV and seems their advocates are sure enough in getting the stay.
5.We must act accordingly to the Survival of the fittest.
6.Heard P.Rajesh & Co are Guess lecturers team and they have an association too..
7.This case is purely against the RECV and its not regarding permanant issues.
This is what she told me after few spying techniques...
Best method to fight against the supeme court spl admission is to force trb recv publication before hearing on spl admission is carried out.Once trb carried out the CV,we can defend against spl admission easily. Guys, please think off how we can pressurise trb.Best thing is that people in a group should approach trb ,share our views.Dear petitioners at Madras, please make initiatives for trb meeting.Make a .. wtsapp group for this.We all co-operate our ever best.
