Hi Can any 1 clear my doubts pls regarding dccb 1-I have a caste certificate of BC -d but the problem is it was given before 2014 and it was tagged under the govt of ANDHRA Pradesh in my caste certificate, is it valid certificate to go through or else should I have to apply for new caste certificate under govt of Telangana...? 2-regarding non creamy layer certificate should have been issued as same as caste certificate of same district or else different district ? Thank s in advance
