Hyderabad AM and SA selected candidates, keep everything ready before joining. 1. You need to get bond typed on 100 rupees non judiciary stamp paper.(there is shortage of 100 rupees bond papers in Hyderabad. So you can bring two 50 rupees bond papers if you can't find 100 rs paper.) 2. proforma of bond is sent in the cover by post along with offer letter, get everything typed on stamp papers. Matter in the blanks should also be typed. Don't write with pen. 3. In page 2, there is a blank to mention proceeding number and date. Fill these blanks with reference number provided in the first page of offer letter (ref:hrd/dr....) and date mentioned on it. (Get it Typed) 4. Regarding signatures of witnesses, anyone can sign them. Your father, mother, siblings, friends..... Where ever they sign, write their address and also contact number. 5. Medical certificate has to be produced in sealed cover.
