Since UGC clearly says docs and certificates of students cannot be submitted, why is UBS and/or its officials asking us to?

UBS team some are saying we have to submit document but some are saying not to submit ? Plz clarify... if someone has submitted , what is the process of getting back document , can we produce an affidavit that we will submit them later ???? And in how many days we will get them back.... plz clarify all

if any one has b tech from punjab university, then the orignal doucuments are not required for verification. In this case certificate will be returned on the counselling day or not? Admin please reply

I wanted to ask. Can we bring cash/cheque also for the fees? Or is it neccessary that we provide DD's. Would everyone be granted some slot in the first counselling, what if we are called again in the next counselling. Does the DD go waste then?
