A 100 VA, 120/12 V transformer is to be connected so as to form a step–up transformer. A Primary voltage of 120 V is applied to the transformer. What is the secondary voltage of the transformer?

question is talking about transformer not of autotransformer. So if 120V is appliad at one end so at other end it should be 12 V because of turn ratio. So answer should be 12V but they have given it as 132V which they have got by considering it as step-up autotransformer. What's ur say?
