bhai log jyada sir khapane ki jaroorat ni h ki cutoff kitna gya ya kitna nahi gya. Jiska hua vo interview ki taiyari kare aur jinka nhi hua vo next vacancy ki taiyari kare, Ab RTI me hi pta chalega sahi cutoff aur sahi answer key.

Is this true that controversy on cut-off marks may be due to the scaling (like in GATE exam ).....thats why somebody says ..... 105 selected......but 108 not selected?????????
