UPSC Prelims 2016 is approaching. Candidates aspiring to join the civil services must be working doggedly to succeed in the exam as it is surely not a cakewalk. To help you in your preparation we have created five important threads which will take care of your preparation for UPSC 2016 Prelims as well as Mains. These threads are as follows:

Demonetisation- I hope govt. Does not have Plan B for the lessening the inconvenience of public at large for exchanging money and withdrawal limit when exchange limit is 4500 rs and withdrawal limit per week is 24000 rs. How every kind of person including including high spending category can survive with such a limited money What govt is doing is just extending the date for allowing transactions in old high denomination notes at certain places I.e. Petrol Pumps, Hospitals. Why new 500 and 2000 rs notes were made small in size bcoz it will take time to fit in these notes into ATM Machines cassettes. Till time inconvenience will be there. I am not sure whether the situation will become normal after 31/12. Surely govt. Does not have Plan B I welcome the govt,s decision of demonetisation but what about inconvenience to common man.
