UPSC CAPF(ACs) 2019 Result Declared

Result is out !!

We are eagrly waiting for our results but upsc is not publishing it. Any body   can put upsc stand on it. It almost 2.5 months has gone in waiting . 

Result Kal aane ke kitne chances Hai ?

In CAPF AC paper 1,i scored 135 marks and in paper 2, iam getting around between 65 and 75 marks.

Is there any chance of clearing the 2nd paper? How qualification is determined in 2nd paper?



Guys any idea about SSB AC work profile. And compare with CISF AC?

Promotional Aspects - (AC to Commandant)


1) ITBP - 16 to 17 years

2) SSB - 16 to 17 years


Both ITBP and SSB are expanding right now, therefore fast promotions


3) CRPF - 16 to 17 years (because a lot of people leave the service after completing 5 years to PSU's)

4) BSF - 20 to 22 years (it is happening due to large batches of 1980s when BSF was expanding, at that time batches had 400 to 600 ACs) But they are gonna retire in 2020's ,so our batch can expect to become commandant in less than 18 years) 


5) CISF - 24 to 28 years ( It will not decrease as CISF is neither expanding nor people leave CISF as it a peaceful job) Only job where u can find time to study easily but If u want to settle in the armed forces then It is not a good choice as most people retire from commandant or even 2IC (2nd in command) whereas in other forces u can reach upto DIG easily.


Every forces generally transfers u after 3 to 4 years.


1) CISF - best family life, you can stay with your family always.

2) BSF - You can stay with your family(except some difficult locations) but the problem is location.You can be posted all over india (till Bangalore in south) BSF has a policy where you need to serves in Eastern part of the country for 12 years. You can expect a peace posting in every 8-9 years.

3) SSB - don't knw much about it except that it is posted on Indo-Nepal border. I don't think they operate in many locations so u cn stay at the same place for longer time than other CAPF's

4) CRPF - largest capf of india and most active capf as it fights In both naxalite corridor and j&k. You can't stay with ur family in such locations but u can expect a peace posting in 8-9 years.

5) ITBP - Posted on Indo-Tibetan border. Similar to SSB. They have recently started a new program in which every soldier in learn mandarin language during training (even AC's). so get ready to learn Chinese.


Is there anything like age relaxation certificate or is it enough to show obc certificate?

I am ovwr weight with quite a big margin what ddo .... Will they accept me in PET??

Result should come after 15th..

what are height ,weight, chest width requirements in PET?

During filling of my application to capf ac I mentioned my obc certificate date which was 04/10/2016. Whether I want to submit samething for verification or should I want to renew it? Is it k to submit samething?
