What will be the total number of questions in exam. Weightage of sections

https://www.scribd.com/doc/23439153/EPF-Organisation-EO-AO-Guide

Those who have skills are not getting the jobs (only select few of them),and those who don't have are being fed "The Great Dream".Also various ministries of govt are running "PONZY" schemes in the name of providing skills... Same old same old... the local netas and influentials opening "gumtis" to provide so called "skill"... and taking fund from govt to their pockets... According to the government’s own figures, only 135,000 jobs were created in 2015—the lowest total in seven years and 67% lower than the number created in the last year of the previous government. Confusion reigns: Currently, 20 different ministries run 70 different skills-related programs. A “Skill India” mission was launched with much fanfare in 2015, promising to make 400 million Indians employable in seven years. It managed to reach about 1.76 million in its first year. Sure, its reach will hopefully expand. But more worrying is this: Of those 1.76 million, only 580,000 completed the course; and of those, only 82,000 could actually be matched to jobs. Part of the reason is that the government is doing a bad job of figuring out what skills the private sector actually needs from its employees. Whether or not officials understand this shortcoming is unclear: The latest budget just added another bunch of skills programs to those that already exist. At least one of these programs intends to assist young Indians “who seek job opportunities outside the country,” which is perhaps a realistic view of how well the government’s doing at creating opportunities at home.

freedom struggle pdhna hai mtlb after 1857 ya fir  modern india pura  cover krna hai???

Today evening i will post the strategy for EPFO EO/AO exam. Also i will focus on important areas where one needs to focus while preparing for this exam.

well the strategy and resources for this exam will be like this :

Indian polity must be read from laxmikanth and there is an objective book of Indian polity by the same author which is available on amazon.

Indian economy can be read from different sources but most read book is Indian economy by ramesh singh and there is also an objective book of indian economy by the same author which is available on amazon.

Indian freedom struggle can be read and re-read from modern india by sprectrum publication authored by rajiv ahir.

India year book chapters- 1,2,3,7,8,10,13,16,21,22,23,24

Accounting can be read from NIOS or ICAI, pdfs are available online.

Industrial relations and labour laws can be majorly read from chapter 21 of India year book and also from a book by chaudary's publication which is available on amazon.

Current affairs of past 6 months can be prepared from various sources but visionias website is recommended.

English can be practiced from objective general english by sp bakshi arihant publication. (questions can be framed in any manner in this section)

Quant can be prepared from quantum cat by arihant publications,( No imp topics in this, UPSC can ask from any topic)

Now practicing questions is as important as reading or studying from the above books, for UPSC exams REVISION is always the key. Its not how much you read or prepared but its about how well you read and revised the right content.

Regarding industrial relation labour laws social security and accounting prepare on a basic level no need to master those topics.

I will upload the pics of the books which can be helpful for practicing in the successive posts.

P.S queries if any can be cleared one on one basis by messaging, answering by comments will eat away my preparation time too

For general science this book is good, lucent is fine but this book is updated with latest content also.
