Here I am sharing interview experience with all of you Mechanical guys and hoping that it would be helpful for those who will appear in the upcoming interviews.....and it is my advice to use Bengali language from starting to end ...because being able to speak Bengali is a criteria for PSC interviews and i know some of my friends who started answering in English but due to lack of fluency came back to Bengali and ruined their first impression....so I suggest to answer in bengali even if interviewers questions in English.........There were 3 interviewer in the panel, two professor and one psc board member most probably.......they were going through the details given in the application form of the candidate...... HR:- Good afternoon. Plz seat down. Candidate:- Thank you sir. Good afternoon to all of you. HR:- So you r working in XYZ company for 6 long years? HR:-ki kaj karo okhane ? Int 1&2 :- Bah khub valo job karo toh ....thik ache.... tomar toh eisab job er dorkar e nei...bahh . i often get to see in this group that some people asking for a good book on interview but i think reading books , sound Technical knowledge is not enough for getting pass mark in the interview .Personality, body language , presence of mind, self confidence matters a lot and that's why it is called personality test, answering all questions correctly doesn't ensure your selection if they dnt like your personality , all of the above 'Luck' matters because you'll have hardly 10 minutes to represent yourself and you have to keep yourself on track for that 10 minutes. I'd be happy if this post helps you all ....all the best guys.
