as my CAT score is 84.31%(Q-89.2 ,di-92, eng-42)

you n me are sailing on d same boat yaar.i got 84.81 in CAt. don worry we both will get a call. i hv 25%ile in quant. n start workin hard fa gd n pi .dis will help us to get thru. i hav specially cum to chd specially fa dis call only as i don wanna spend anoder year preparing.
so gear up n cheer up.it wil be all punjab dere.

too much of masti happening
its gud to see that all of u are knowing eachother well before cuming to welingkar
trust me it wud help
and in between all this masti do prepare fr ur GD and PI well
and Psyco test dont worry
be urself and dont try to copy sumone else
coz its really a catch haan some question might contradict ur first answers if u are trying to pose sumone which is nt u

Hey Mukta,
I have heard that Welingkar selection process is quite tuff provided u get a call. Is it because thay call a huge number of chaps for 120 odd seats?? And is that in itself is true (that Welingkar called 2500 people for 120 odd seats ) ??
And when might they come out with the GD/PI list ?? Any correlation with MHCET ??

yes its true selection process is quite tuff,
and last yr institute called 2500 ppl fr total 120 seats fr PGDBM, 60 fr PGPEBIZ, and 60 fr banglore campus tht is to say 240 seats and 2500 calls abt 1:10 ratio.
and moreover much of the focus is on GD, PI and psyco test,
ur good written score doesnt prove tht u will be in........., equal weightage to 2nd stage is given.
