Hey ppl..... I 've heard that welingkar will anyway give out final calls to ppl with more than 90 percentile this time..! Is that true??
D I have a chance to make it in the institute with jus 83.75??

Hey chill dude.......dnt pay attention 2 speculation coz they r hardly worth the effort n nywayz if they strt givin calls 2 90+ %ile then....u knw it damn well how u or anybody below 90 will fare......nw where is the room for any doubts here.....huh?

and we need to think also that do they have the no. of application more than the no. of seats (with more than 90%ile )

Yeah.. so wudve been last yr also.. I have friends who got in there with 81 percentile.. with not so gr8 acads.. last to last yr.

But guys I really want you to comment on this.....

Do they give weightage to the acads n stuff a lot..?? Since some one told me that CAT score is probably out of 100.. so then there still exists a gr8 chance fr ppl who have the scores in 80's ... since it wont make a lot of diff there.. 90-80 is jus 10.. which I think a person with better communicational skills acads.. n awareness will be able to snatch..

well i request u guys to check the site properly as they have the exact details as to what was the cut off last yr + weightage and all the details of placements ( in there necessary discloures ) u need to find it its not in the foreground

hey b school, me also at 92.85 and almost similar calls but no nirma, i heard welingkar is a good school, so even i am applying but they haven yet send me any confirmation e mail.

i called there representative in delhi and asked him at what %ile they would be giving calls this year , he said 70 and anyone above 80 has a good chance of converting. after a few days i recieved a mail from them also

thats good news i m at 73 and regarding 80 will have good chance cetainly well i would like to add that 90%ile will have the best chance.... any way that was good news for many of us ..

hEY guys just one more query here . if some one gets thru the pgdbm progm . Pays da fees , then he gets into MMS welingkar in tht case can da fees tht he has already paid be shifted ???????

Or will ther be a refund wid marginal cutss ( seems unlikely too me :neutral: )
an then have to pay the MMS fees seperately ??
guys ANswer this coz im sure this iz gonno happen sooner or later too some of us

wat is happenin guys.. dont teme even welingkar has started off with the 90+ funda.. where'll i go? have 88.9%ile in cat and no calls.. all my hopes are pinned to this one..
also maddy_catty 2 years is a long time n there's hell lot of diff. in welingkar then n now so dunno if your frend who converted at 81 then is a consolation or not..
also i haven't recieved any conformation mail till yet but i called'em up n they say they've recieved my form.. is there a way i can login on their site n check my apllication status?
