hi everybody,

i just had a talk with somebody in Welingkar insti.... they said the GD/PI will be HELD in the 2nd week of April, max it will be delayed to 3rd week. the merit listed ppl will be intimated thru personal email and also call letters will be sent.

as far as scoring is concerned all know tht aptitude test marks r from 100, so the CET score which is outta 200 will be SCALED DOWN to 100...... tht means if you have got 100 marks from 200 then they will consider 50 on 100.....

i asked abt the last yr cut offs....... now the answer was very vague... she said tht last year they closed at around 75%tile ......... now is it CET/ CAT or wht i dunno..........

so i guess this clears some cloud......

well this session willl be good for alll n all these topics are must before going for Any GP/Pi.

this session is required for Wellinkar cuz 150 marks are for it as compared 100 for written test...

i guess it shud but wudnt it be a little uncomfortable.... i mean if u have 2 yrs work ex then 24 envelopes!!!!!!! and you do not expect the panel to sit and check all the 24 sheets of paper.......

i dunnoo..... i hope they do...... i also want to keep the MBA interview deal a little low key in my office (getting a work ex certificate n stuff will take a lot of days and speculation too...)

its perfectly all right
just get the first and the last salary slip
one of my friend at SIIB did that and it was accepted
i mean the company if u are employed wont give a work ex certificate and also some places its not good to tell ur boos that u are going for an interview...
so i feel just get 1st and last slip
u can kepp all slips if u want...
and u can bring ur joining letter also

congs to all who have got the call

i hav also got it .m,y cat % is 83 with avg. sectionals.

but do u guys aware that the gd/pi r in end of april n the results wud be out def. after by 15 may.till then all the last dates of fee submition wud be crossed.... so i have mailed them a harsh mail for it..as.wud it help us ne way.

i think all of us who will face this dilemma do go for calling them up to go for the process in early april so that results can be out by 20 april
