Well, to be honest, there is NO BEST test series for CAT. However, a decent mix of mocks should suffice in helping one clear the CAT exam. I did my CAT coaching from Erudite, Kolkata. In addition to Erudite SIMCATs, I also gave Career Launcher mocks. Some of my friends gave IMS SimCATs and TIME AIMCATs as well. Given below is my perspective of these 4 test series (may vary from person to person).
Career Launcher
Having a large established base, CL mocks lead in quantity as well as variety. Naturally, CL tends to attract the largest crowd. However, the great disparity in the difficulty level of certain mocks can hamper one's strategy building process. This might lead to one having a wrong preconceived notion of a particular section in the CAT exam.
TIME
TIME mocks, although good seem unnecessarily daunting. The level of their mocks is way higher than that of the actual CAT exam. Again, this might negatively impact an aspirant's perception of the CAT paper on the D-day.
IMS
Based on the feedback from my friends, IMS mocks may also be a decent option to prepare for CAT.
Erudite
Having had a first hand experience with Erudite SIMCATs, I found them quite close to the actual CAT 2019 paper. Besides providing a healthy mix of problems, the mocks had a decent amount of variance allowing us to prepare a reasonable strategy for the D-day.
As a former CAT aspirant, I'd advise each candidate to do his/her own research first and then take a well-informed decision. This would help one identify what's best for him/her without any external bias.

In order to prepare for any MBA entrance including CAT,you may take the test series ,known as SIMCAT provided by ERUDITE coaching centre in Kolkata.Standard of the questions are at par with CAT papers.This will help you to analyze your progress during preparation. Not only test series regular classes are also conducted by some excellent as well as experienced faculty members. You may clear queries if any in doubt clearing classes. Mock GD and PI sessions are also held post cat which will also be of utmost help.
In my opinion the best test series is SimCat by Erudite. It is a quite standard form of test series and i would recommend it for the best.
