Hi everyone, I could see there is no word limit. But please bear in mind, there's a sweet spot to hit. Neither too short nor too descriptive.
Reg the video, I'd say one should take a at least 10-15 takes before zeroing in on the final product. Find your best critic to practice with. I'm no expert but I just thought this info might help, at least a bit.

Hi All ! Can someone help me with the structure of video ? How should we start and should we introduce ourselves first ? I know that this questions may sound bit naive but please help. I don't know much about it. Anything will be helpful.
What should be the container and resolution of video ? Is mp4 container fine ?
Since size limit is 15 MB, even if i record with the lowest settings with my camera ( 720p at 23.976 fps ), the size will not go below a 200 MB for even a 3 minute video. Any way we can change the frame rate or resolution to decrease size ?

Is it supposed to be related to work or any social issue? If it is a social issue how we can justify the word 'Routinely' in the question
