The negative is only for those questions that were attempted incorrectly. You can cross check this by comparing the value of [Positve + (Negative * 4)] with the number of attempts seen in the OMR sheet. 

For the un-attempted questions, that are in excess of 13, we will have to distribute negative marking at the rate of 0.05 per question, in the ratio 28/77, 26/77 and 23/77 across Quant, Verbal and Decision Making, per the XLRI committee.
