I have written xat for the first time. Has xat always been this anomalistic and unconventional about VA & DM? Or they are trying something thing different this year. Also, considering the randomness of answers in these 2 sections will there be a big variance in raw and scaled scores?

Answer key is soooooo debatable. But Xlri knows more than any of us. So, no other option than to just move on.

XAT 20: VA/DM/QA - 5/7.25/16.5 = 28.6 CAT 19 %tile: VA/QA - 99.56/99.16. Didn't expect this radical change in VARC performance. XLRI college is great but they seriously need to change XAT Format. Very much subjective and luck based!!!
So far my journey.. XAT '19 - 28.5 score CAT '19 - 98.5 percentile XAT '20 - 12.5 score after a year prep. My DM score is negligible :/
