Hi xlri alums and aspirants I have one important query today regarding my career decision so please guide me accordingly I have 3.5 years of IT experience. Normal NON NIT/ IIT) engineering college with 7.5 cgpa. I have scored 99.3 in xat 2018 but due to 1 percentile less in DM I was not able to fetch call from XLRI HRM and BM. Moreover I have scmhrd call converted (the best convert for this season ) I want to take admission in top MBA institute of India so what should I do ... 1. Continue job and try next year 2. Take scmhrd and try next year for only elite colleges Will it be worth taking xlri hrm/toss hrm or any other top college after spending one year in scmhrd ? Please give genuine advice Also, alums seeking for ur advice. Thank you guys

I have been meaning to ask this. Does a short interview (12-14) minutes mean anything? I answered most of the questions. I am not getting a good feeling 😓. My profile: 10/12/grad:95/92/87.3(NIT JAIPUR). XAT: 99.952. I'm a fresher.

Suppose i take a loan for college X and pay 4.5 L over two instalments by April 25th, and then get an admit from a better college Y around April 30th, thus withdrawing from X in favor of Y. What happens to the loan? What should I do?
