As the last date of form submission is 30 Nov, thus the possible cause of error doesn't make sense. Please advise for the future course of action.

For work ex do we have to fill upto today or till 31st March 2019?
I put the total of my XII as 500 witht he respective total I recieved but instead we were suppose to put sum of all the subects including elctives and ignore the boards bo5/bo4.
I mailed XAT help desk to ask if I can edit, the replied saying I can't.
