I hear from many sites including quora where people tell even though call happens at say 92%ile but conversion happens only at 96%ile for hrm then why even call people at 92 .any insights .

From what I've seen, if the cutoff of QA/DM shoots up to 12 or even 11, so many 40+ will be rendered useless. I don't know how I feel about that. XD
