Dm 8.5 If the cutoff is more than 32, the chances of dm cutoff being more than 8? Last year when the overall cutoff was 30, dm cutoff was 7.7

As per the sheet shared below by @ankitmechie (based on cracku data) we can assume that almost 51% of the toppers will clear sectionals ( DM>= 8, VA>= 8, QA>= 11)....XLRI cutoff varies between 94 to 96...let's say cuoff is 95% then 5% can qualify for interview that means 5% of 75000 i.e 3750...Now assuming 50% of them clear sectional cutoffs (as per the cracku data) then 1875 people are finally selected for interviews...This is the reason overall cutoff being 94-96% and XLRI calling 1800 students every year.

BC har saal log cheeteh hote jaare hain. Even though XAT increased the difficulty level significantly and increased the negatives for unattempted questions, still people are getting a better score than last year. Thoughts?
