What is the weightage for xat score, pi, profile, etc for selection process?
Is GD going to happen this year as it is written in the shorlist letter? Or will it be only PI?

Alright I'm super confused. I wanted to join XLRI so bad, but my percentiles missed the cutoffs by a long shot. My marks are XAT: 89.36 % 55 months work experience, IT domain, Testing Profile BTech EEE 6.9 Cgpa, 12 backlogs, all cleared before placements. 12th 83.33% 10th 90% I've got a PGP from Great Lakes Chennai, but now I also have got FPM call from XLRI Jamshedpur today. Should I apply for the FPM? Or 1 year PGP at GLIMS?
