There should be a re-exam for everyone. This would be the most ethical decision.

Jinhen dikkat nahi hui hai exam mein wo agar support na kar rahe hon baakiyon ka toh kam se kam bakchodi kam karein thoda meherbani hogi. I have never seen a bunch of dastards I am witnessing for quite a while around here. Jo deserving hain wo ek academic year mein optimal testing conditions mein ek nahi 10 baar exams deke bhi qualify kar sakte hain toh kripya apni g**nd kam jalaayein aaplog. Vaise bhi retest hona mushkil toh hai sabke liye ye baat sabko pata hai lekin jiska bura hua wahi samajh raha hai. And don't be so apathetic towards others, who knows you might be at the other end anytime soon toh isliye shabra rakho aur masti se result ka intzaar karo ya jo bhi bakchodi karni hai karo lekin baakiyon ki demotivate mat karo. Period!

About : Re-examination request for XAT 2018
In a society, a fire broke out and some houses got burnt. Most people had a house insurance. They went to the insurance company to claim their dues. What should the insurance company do?Â
A thing to be kept in mind is the problem of moral hazard :- Some people might thave burnt their own houses themselves to claim insurance because insurance amount was more than the property cost.
In XAT 2018, I faced glitches too. My exam finished 15 minutes later than the rest of the candidates. I could not change sections initially as the application would hang if I tried to change the sections. I lost my essay as it would not autosave. Then looged in again and worte it from the beginning. In one quesion, I could not scroll past the first two options. The invigilator helped me. Other staff at my centre cooperated and tried to help with the issues. Some of those issues were solved also. I tried to give my best despite all the disturbance.
Now as the exam is over, if I think it went really bad for me, I might have exaggerated all the issues that I faced and demanding a re-examination banking on the fact that many others will exaggerate their issues too.  (2) If I had not prepared for the exam at all I could be trolling the XAT fora and again exaggerating the problems I faced to a sensational level. (3) I may be rightly frustrating at my results of all the entrance xams despite my sheer hard work and venting it out on XAT's one time inefficiency  (4) I may be a troll by nature and just having fun or (5) I genuinely fced these issues and reporting accurately as it happened.
THIS IS THE MORAL HAZARD. How to differentiate the genuine and the trolls.
In your heart you know if you could not do well or you would not do well in XAT.
In all of this, the genuine cases will lose the most. XAT can check the CCTV recordings if the centre recorded any and see all the genuine cases. But that will definitely be time consuming.Â
or maybe some genuine people will UNFORTUNATELY lose in this but I guess that's how luck works and in that case maybe we should take it in our stride.Â

That DM question 'Most suitable option for Pankajâs family?'Â
CL Key says Pay them the expenditure for school and college + Wife should be given vocational training.
Now, the second option is right but would giving the college and school fees set the right precedent? (And this was precisely what the question asked. We need to do something which is viable everytime) School, College fees are not cheap that the company can bear it everytime. I feel that option where the employees contribute according to their own goodwill suits more here.Â

Another DM question 'Syed feared that Palani will drag down the branchs performance. Which of the following will assuage his fear?
again the CL answer key says 'While calculating the branchs performance, the branch head has the choice to exclude new joinees performance, when Syed joined people had the same fear about him when he was new.
there was another option-'The branch has been performing consistently well for the past 10 years and Palani joined the branch 3 years back.Â
Was confused between the 2 but I marked the later because the branch has been undeniably doing well even after Palani joined.
What do you guys feel?
