I was just going through last years thread and interview experiences.

Most of the converts have 99+ even for HRM. Though people got with 96-98 they must have had extraordinary profile or excellent GDPI. 

My query is what are the realistic chances to crack HRM with 94-96 percentile (above average GDPI). If  we look at the converting percentiles very few people are from this range, what is the point of calling them if they don't have a shot?


I am not being pessimistic, just wanted to know practical chances. 

Thoughts on this are much appreciated!

Xat answer key is released after one week every year I heard. Is it so? Any update on  probably  by when we can get the answer key?

hii!! I am new to the management field... I am interested in GMP program of XLRI... I just gave XAT this year.. I have around 95% marks in 10 and 10+2 from cbse....cgpa of 8.6.. 2.5 years expereience in IT...2.5 years of experience in security organization  of govt of india.... How good is GMP of XLRI... and how much percentile I need for the call???

Got some inside news.. the question paper on Feb 3rd will be different from what we write.. so they will match scale of difficulty in every question and relevant topic.. And I think the cutoff’s for BM,HRM & GMP is going to comedown at least by “2” points in each section. Profile , GD and PI plays key role for this year selection..It’s gonna be grilling.. XLRI planned to utilise 85% faculty for profile selection . This is to avoid criticism regarding the quality of cohort due to entrance exam mishap..
