Will somebody pls inform the XLRI authorities that quant skills are not stored in the Y chromosome! Nothing can ever justify the huge difference in QA cutoff for bm. I really want to hear somebody defend this.

OA 96.5. Got a call from HRM but not BM due to low quant. Answer a few questions please : 1) What is the ideal work ex for converting a BM call? If I continue my job for 1 more year to target BM, can it work to my disadvantage in any case? 2) Does my full time association with an Ngo in education sector count as relevant work experience? I am under the impression it does. Thanks

Scored 99.939 in XAT. Have 2 years of work ex in finance. Average acads : 88.76, 79.50 , 6.98 CGPA. Yet no SP Jain call. Is their weightage of acads so much that they are willing to ignore the percentile??
