Can i expect a call from GIM??


should i apply to wellingkar & LIBA..thinking i have an experience of about 31 months and by the time ll start the college it ll almost be three years...please suggest? should i apply wellingkar & LIBA..will it be worth it?

gim gives out calls only on the basis of your xat scores
the cut-offs for 2007-2009 & 2008-2010 batches were 90.01 (you can refer here)
so taking this into account you stand a good chance for gim call
you can apply to welingkars and liba as well...but considering your experience gim is a good bet for you
but liba and welingkars are also worth a try....you'll probably get calls from these as well

u should go through the relevant thread for your answer...however 90.1 was the cutoff last year...so u might get lucky if they decide against increasing the cutoff this year...pray hard!!!


gim cut-offs for the last 2 years were 90.01%ile not 90.1

apart from maha-cet, other state cets dont have many standard colleges so there is no point speculating about them, instead go all guns firing for MH-CET!

with your score liba, gim and welingkars are fine
you'll in all probability get calls from these colleges
you should not consider any colleges beyond this
and by the way whoz the sir out here??

sir i got 80 percentile in xat...85 percent in my class 10 ,86 percent class 12,68 percent in my bba graduation course..i have finished my grads this yr in june...which collages can i apply..please help..can i opt for ifmr,welingkar,xime,liba,kriloskar...i want to do my mba in finance.....help

hi Seniors, this is my first post in this thread....

i have scored 88.35 percentile in XAT but with only 43.65 in reasoning and decision making ability!!
i have wok ex of 30 months and i have the following academic profile
10th - 88.8; 12th - 74.83; engineering - 78.28 and decent extra curricular activities. Plz tell me if i can expect a call from wellingkers and also, which other good colleges can i expect calls from...

hey..just a suggestion..pls view sites like careerforum or somethin which give the cut off range..they aint fool proof but the surely have us assured of what range we fall in..with your score i feel XIME,XISS all r borderline cases..i aint some expert though..just a suggestion..thode sites dekh lo

I have 80 % in 10th, 85% in 12th and 75 % till now in B.E. from Mumbai University .. and no work ex

I have only applied to welingkar... wat r the other collges which i can apply to now

here u r...

apply for kirloskar 2moro...31st is d last date..u can get a form from CL/TIME/IMS and courier dem. last year cut off's for girls was 72 so u stand a fair chance.

okay now XIME, WELINGKAR is a real no no....

last year XIME cut off was 85 and welingkar is asking for 84+ dis year(spoke to some1 in d administration)

and XISS and GITAM u'll get a call but i won't like to comment on these institutes here as pagalguy doesn't allow dat...

so if u wanna nw smthin more i guess my orkut ID is pasted down below.

n ya 1 more thing
