I have certain queries. It is not to bash NCR, I just want insights:


1. For how long will NCR  and JSR have common placements? With 2 new campus also coming wouldn't it be a mess if common placements happen for them too? 


2.  NCR is claimed to be extension of JSR. So will they'll be graded along with JSR or seperately.  Since it is a relative grading, I feel JSR people will have more edge.


3. How can one claim that NCR placement this year would be better? Many big companies did not open for NCR as they were not 5year old campus. This is second year so the case still will be same. This also shows that company are aware that student is from NCR or JSR and obviously there will be a bit of bias.

I have been looking at the Fee schedule provided to the students and I realised that a person accepting offer of admission is required to pay even for the Student residence i.e. Hostel. 


Given the pandemic, is XLRI expecting to conduct offline classes on campus?

What are the realistic in hand salaries at XLRI HRM(JSR)? Please note that I want to know the cash component not the CTC bull. I'm just trying to get an estimate of how much time it will take to pay back the loan.

There is a fake id here, who is actually a senior of NCR and is marketing NCR campus. His id name is XLRI Jamshedpur. Can we collect money and send him, because seems like he is being paid by the campus to market for them. We can pool money and send him, so that he stops misleading students.

XLRI JSR BM or IIM Lucknow. What is a better choice ? My two cents on this - 1. IIM Lucknow gives you the IIM tag, more helpful in the long run 2. Fees wise, IIM Lucknow has less fees 3. Batch Strength - There is no batch strength advantage in XLRI anymore because of common placements with NCR. 4. Overall freedom - Overall freedom at IIM Lucknow is more Which one will you choose ?
