I know XL doesn't release the official split for XAT and PI, but could you guys let me know if any of you are aware of what the weightage usually looks like?

Guys , can you suggest some certifications/course I can pursue before colleges start. My interviews are almost over and I have nothing much to do. I am thinking about CFA level 1. Is there anything else I can do in the meantime to improve my resume. I was earlier preparing for upsc so my interviews revolved around that only but it won't be the case anymore. There is nothing to add in my resume since 2018 so please do tell what I can do in the meantime. I have been told summer placements start in September/October (not sure though) so have to do something relevant before that. Thanks.

Are calls out for GMP programme?
I raised a ticket asking when the results might come out and they said 3rd week of April. I think that is pretty quick. What do you guys think? Can we trust XL? We all know what IIFT did.

My XLRI BM interview was above average, I feel. Answered everything they asked, took a stance on a gender diversity issue and stuck to it even when they were obviously trying to make me change my stance. I think I was able to logically explain my stance as well. There were no right or wrong answers to most of the questions. But overall it was a good discussion. At least according to me.

Will skipping XL HR interview affect my chances of converting BM? Reason - I don't want to do HR anyway so I don't want to prepare specific answers for the interview.
