Last year, i.e., year 2008, WL 24 was cleared with 60 seats in PMIR.
This year there are 120 seats. With this even I am expecting the final call with WL 38.

Yes. If you’ve received a regret letter that means you’re not in the waitlist. Those who are in the waitlist received a letter called “Waitlist letter”
