NMAT Registration 2019 Process Begins: Last Date to Apply Online (3rd October)

With the release of official notification for NMAT 2019 on 2nd July 2019, candidates can now register and apply for the NMAT 2019 examination.

The registration and application process can be confusing and slightly tricky for first-time applicants; this is because a lot of details are asked in the process. In this blog, our pagalguy experts have jotted down step by step procedure of registration and application for NMAT 2019.

STEP BY STEP REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION PROCESS

For the registration process, the candidate must have a valid email ID and a working mobile phone number.

Registration Process

  1. Logon to the official website for NMAT 2019, i.e. nmat.org.in and click on the ‘New Application’ portal.
  2. Candidates must fill in their name, mobile phone number and an email ID.
  3. Make sure to check the details before you click submit.
  4. Applicants will get a username and password generated by NMAT on their registered email id. These will be the login credential for the application process which candidate will have to use on NMAT 2019 portal.

Application Process

After receiving NMAT 2019, login credentials candidate will have to complete the application process.

Step-1:  In the first page of the application form candidate will have to enter his/her personal information like name, father’s name, date of birth, age, gender, category, native language. On this page, the only candidate will have to upload his/her photo of the required size.

Step-2:  In the next page candidate will have to enter contact details like email id, phone number and address for official communication.

Step-3: The third page is about Academics & Work Experience. The candidate will have to enter the highest qualification and work experience that they have acquired post their graduation

Step-4: On the fourth-page candidate will have to select  5 MBA/PGDM programmes/B-schools out of 49 choices available, where their NMAT 2019 scores will be sent free of cost. Candidate can choose the B-schools not only from India but also from the given list of B-schools in South Africa, the Philippines and Nigeria.

Step-5: On this page, candidate have to fill about the other MBA entrance examination they are planning to appear, who is funding their MBA course etc

Step-6: Last comes the declaration form in which candidate will have to click” I agree” checkbox, which states that the information provided by the candidate in the above pages is correct.

Step -7:  After this candidate should review the complete NMAT registration and application form details and then click on the Save & next and continue to the next step which is payment of the application fee for the NMAT 2019 examination.

Step-8:  Candidate needs to pay the application fee of Rs.2000/- + GST @ 18%.

Online Payment can be made through Visa or MasterCard Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking/American Express Card/ Diners Card, IMPS, UPI and Mobile Wallets.

Key points to remember for NMAT 2019 Registration

  • Candidate should register and pay for the NMAT by GMAC exam before scheduling a test date and location
  • Eligibility for NMAT Registration and the applied MBA college may be different. So the candidates should check respective university/college/school website for details of their admission procedure as they have to submit the forms separately.

 APPLICATION FEES FOR NMAT 2019

The application fees for NMAT 2019 have to be paid through the online mode; NMAT 2019 will not accept the application fee in any other method. Candidates are requested to note that the application fee amount is inclusive of both the registration fee and application form.
