First Rate Infrastructure:

The world class and State-of Art campus of Asia-Pacific is conveniently located near an upcoming district centre at Jasola in South Delhi and is well connected by road to the rest of Delhi NCR. The campus is centrally air conditioned. Spacious acoustically designed lecture theatres with LCD projectors and public address systems facilitate course delivery through use of audiovisual inputs from slide presentations to video clips and video lessons. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled to permit wireless internet access from any point in range.

Placements at Asia-Pacific:

Asia-Pacific is proud of its achievements in placement record which has witnessed the same acclaim despite of the recession. The Centre of Corporate Relation (CCR) is responsible for organising final placement for the graduating students – A continuous process that effectively starts the day a students join the Asia-Pacific. Centre for Enhancement of Management Skills (CEMS) another innovative and unique concept of the institute focuses on enhancing students language fluency, communication abilities, business etiquette and other soft skills. As a result of this approach, so many reputed companies visit every year to Asia-Pacific Institute of Management for placements. In the last placement season, 63 companies from across verticals visited our campus for recruitment. During the last placement season, four 2007-2009 batch consisting of 120 students, there were 131 offers. The current batch of 2008-2010 is also witnessing an overwhelming response from corporates. Some of the reputed companies offered placements are Barclay, HDFC, Nestle, Castrol and many more.

Accreditations:

Asia-Pacific Institute of Management has recently achieved the much-coveted accreditation from National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for its flagship programme Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The Institute already enjoys the honour of being one of the few B-Schools in NCR to attain 100% Placements and 100% Admissions in 2009.

Asia-Pacific has also attained the much coveted A+ category Business School and rated as the best in Programme Delivery among the super league of Top 20 business schools in India. Asia-Pacific is awarded 6th rank in Intellectual Capital, 16th in infrastructure and 24th in placement in all India as per AIMA-Business Standard survey, Sept. 2005.

Foreign Collaboration:

Among its initiatives to nurture business leadership focused on creating globally competitive individuals & entrepreneurs, is the Institutes collaboration with IDRAC for a Student Exchange Agreement between the two institutions. Asia-Pacific has sent seven of its students to the European Marketing Management Program at IDRACs International School of Management, France. Besides that, the Institute organizes Indo-French Cultural Day where every year 10 students from France come and study for a year in the Institute and vice-versa. This exchange of students promotes the Institute as a centre of international level business studies.

Incentive programme:

In its continuing endeavour to closely partner with the industry, Asia-Pacific has launched a value added industry platform called COBE, Centre of Business Excellence. COBE has been set up to facilitate knowledge-transfer of the latest management techniques and processes and provide customized solutions to specific problems and issues confronting corporate; thus enhancing productivity, competitiveness, growth and sustained profitability.

Guest Lectures and events:

Asia-Pacific also keeps facilitating guest lectures and interactions from dignitaries to enlighten students with not only managerial training and real life industry experience but also with issues related to the betterment of the entire mankind. Recently, the Institute invited Ms. Ela Gandhi, the grand-daughter of Mahatma Gandhi and a human rights activist, to its campus, who reflected on the topic Reflections on Gandhian views vis-a-vis ethics in issues of management.
