CAT 2018 : Exam Date, Exam Pattern, Notification And Eligibility Criteria.
Common Admission Test (CAT) is an all-India computer based selection test conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) as an entrance exam for admission to their business administration programs.
The CAT exam is considered as a prior condition for admission into more than 100 B-schools across the country.
CAT 2018 will be conducted on 25 November 2018. Detailed notification about CAT 2018 will be released by July or August 2018. CAT 2018 exam is expected to be conducted by either IIM Calcutta, Shillong or Kozhikode.
CAT 2017 result was announced on 8 January 2018; Candidates can download their scorecards from official website. Admissions through CAT at IIMs and other top B-schools is in process.

CAT 2018 Application Fee:
- The application fee is Rs. 1800 for General category candidates and Rs. 900 for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.
- The mode of application fee payment is through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking
CAT Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks from any recognised university/institute in order to apply for CAT (45% for SC, ST and PWD/DA category).
- Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification are also eligible to apply for CAT.
