NTPC Limited has released vacancy notification for engineers for the post of Graduate Executive Trainee (ET) through GATE 2017. Online applications for the post will be accepted from Tuesday, January 10, 2017 to Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
Candidates who wish to apply to these posts will be selected only on the basis of GATE 2017 marks. Only those with a 4-year full time engineering degree will be eligible to apply.
Further, candidates (belonging to General and OBC-NC category) should have secured minimum 60% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters) in qualifying degree examinations.
Candidates appearing in a GATE paper different than that of their qualifying engineering discipline may not be considered for further selection procedure. This means, if a candidate with a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering appears for a Civil Engineering paper in GATE 2017, his/her candidature may not be considered for further shortlisting.
