GATE 2023 Syllabus (Tentative)
What is the best way for a student to prepare for the GATE Exam? A syllabus is very important and/or essential in order to begin preparing for the exam, as it will assist in determining what topics to cover and what not to cover. To have a fundamental comprehension of the syllabus, all candidates must read it thoroughly. This will aid in preparing as well as a good grade.
The GATE Syllabus changes depending on the courses chosen by students; however, the General Aptitude component is the same for all examinations. This section of General Aptitude is worth 15% of the total, whereas the core subjects are worth 85% of the total.
GATE 2023 Application Form
The application form for GATE 2023 will be available on the official website in the first week of September 2022. Applicants must fill out and submit their applications through the GATE Online Application System after registering (GOAPS).

- Name, date of birth, mobile number, parents’ name, and mobile number (as per degree certificate or certificate issued by Institute)
- Communication Addresses (including PIN code)
- Eligibility degree details (Along with scanned copy)
- Name and address of the college, as well as the PIN code
- Photograph and signature of candidates in high resolution (photograph 480*640 pxl)

GATE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
It is vital to determine whether the individual fits the eligibility criteria before beginning the GATE application process. Every year, a few changes to the eligibility conditions are made. As a result, the question arises: What new GATE Eligibility modifications have been made?
- Candidates must have a minimum qualification of 10+2+3 under the revised criterion.
- Previous candidates were only allowed to apply for one subject/paper. Candidates can choose two subjects/papers from the prescribed form of combinations starting this year.
- Under the amended criterion, candidates must have a minimum qualification of 10+2+3.
