Qualifications 

1) Education & Experience

1. Matriculation from a recognized board
2. Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matriculation, as one of the subject

2) Age

18 to 42 years

Relaxation in Age

1. In the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B) the upper age limit is relaxable as per Haryana Govt. instructions.
2. In the case of PHC General Candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SCs/BCs)
3. For Ex-servicemen Candidates, relaxation up to continuous Military service added by three years is permissible.
4. The upper age limit in respect of widow, legally separated woman, divorcee, deserted woman and unmarried woman will be upto 47 years as per Government instructions.

Criteria for Selection, Examination & Syllabus.

The scheme of marks in respect of selection to Group D posts in the Service shall comprise of total 100 marks, as detailed below:

1. Written Exam: 90 marks
2. Socio-Economic criteria and experience: 10 marks

The  commission  shall make selection  & recommendation of the  names of candidates to a department  or an office on the basis of merit in  written examination, experience and socio-economic criteria. The written examination shall be divided into two portion, comprising:

i) 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi as applicable.

iii) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.

1. Scanned  Copy of Essential  Academic Qualifications  i.e. Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details.
2.  Scanned  Copy of Sport  Gradation Certificate  in case of eligible Sports Persons, duly issued by the Competent Authority.
3.  Scanned Copy of Haryana Domicile Certificate in case of SC/BCA/BCB/ ESM/DESM/DFF/ESP PwD (Physically Handicapped) issued by competent authority.
4.  Scanned copy of Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience.
