Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF)
– UNICEF
was created by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 1946. The
aim of the organization to provide long -term humanitarian and development assistance
to the children and mothers in the countries.  Anthony
Lake is the chief of the UNICEF. It’s headquarter located in New York, US.

Nations Populations Fund (UNFPA)
– UNFPA was
formed in 1969, is an UN organization. The objective of the organization is to

is the chief of the organization. UNFPA headquarter located in New York, US.

Nations Conference on Trade & Development (UNCTAD)
– UNCTAD is body of UN organization which was
established in 1964. The organization deals with international trade and
development. It also makes policies and programme related to transport, aid and
technology and assists developing countries to participate in trade, investment
and development among the nations of the world. Mr. Mukhisa Kituyi is the Secretary General of the organization. It’s

Organisation (WHO)
– WHO is a
unit of United Nations which was established on April 7, 1948. The main
objective of the organization is to provide, technical support and assistance
on health matters around the globe. It has played an important role in eradication
of smallpox.

Labour Organisation  (ILO) –
ILO is a United Nations agency established on
1919. The aim of the organization is to deal with labour issues, provide social
protection and opportunity for all the labours around the globe. Guy Ryder is the Chief of the organization.
It’s headquarter located in Geneva, Switzerland. There are currently 185 member’s countries in the org.

7. World Trade
Organisation (WTO)
– WTO was formed
under the Marrakech Agreement which was signed by 123 nations on April 15,1994.
It was established on January 1, 1995. It regulates the trade between participating
countries and formulates policies on trade agreements. The org. supervise and liberalixze
international trade. Roberto Azevedo
is the Director General of the organization. The headquarter of WTO is located
in Geneva, Switzerland. There are
currently 160 members in the org.  

8. World
Meteorological Organisation – (WMO)
– WMO was established
in 1950, which was originated from International Meteorological Organization
(IMO). The aim of the organization is to provide information related to earth’s
atmosphere, climate change etc. Michael
Jarraud is current Secretary – General of WMO. It’s headquarter located in Geneva, Switzerland. There are currently
191 member states & territories in
the org.

9. World
Intellectual Property Organisation  (WIPO)

– WIPO was established in 1967, is one of the agency of United Nations. The aim
of the org. is to promote intellectual property around the globe. Francis Gurry is the head of the organization.
WIPO headquarter located in Geneva, Switzerland. There are currently 188 member states in the org.

10. World
Economic Forum (WEF)
– WEF was
founded in 1971 is a Swiss non-profit org. Earlier it was known as European
Management Forum, in 1987 the named was changed to World Economic Forum. The org.
is committed to improving the state of the world through public-private
cooperation. Klaus Schwab is the
Executive Chairman of the org. It’s headquarter located in Geneva, Switzerland.
