Overview:
National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) recruitment 2019 is scheduled for Engineering Executive Trainees (EET) in various disciplines through GATE 2019. Freshers’ are invited to apply for the Engineering Executive Trainee posts. The job location for this post will be across India. The candidates who have completed their education in Graduation or Post Graduation degree can apply for it. The NTPC recruitment will be based on the marks secured by the candidates in the GATE exam 2019, Group Discussion and the Personal Interview process. Mode of payment:
When paid online, it can be through Net banking or Credit card or Debit card. If paid in offline mode, it can be done through any branches of State Bank of India (SBI). The General and OBC candidates can pay the application fee both online or offline.

Eligibility criteria:

The candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technology/AIME with not less than 65% marks as per the respective University/Institute norms. The candidates appearing for final year semester exams can also apply provided to obtain at least 65% marks in engineering degree. The candidates with the prescribed degree as given below can apply for this post in the respective discipline: Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electronics engineering, instrumentation engineering, and mining engineering.

Only 2019 GATE exam scores are valid for this year recruitment process. 2018 GATE exam scores will not be considered during the recruitment process. The final merit list will be made based on the Gate score s and Group discussion and personal interview with a weight-age of 85%, 5%, and 10% respectively.
